Actual output depends on product mix, melting cycle time, and maintenance schedule. The two-shift system ensures near-continuous production.

Quality Control System

From melt to shipment — every batch is tracked and tested

Chemical Analysis

Spectrometer-based chemical analysis for every melt batch. Tests cover all key elements: C, Si, Mn, P, S, and trace elements. Results are recorded and included in the material test certificate (MTC) provided with each shipment.

Pre-Furnace Testing

Real-time melt composition verification before tapping. Enables immediate adjustments to ensure the molten iron meets the target grade specification before pouring, minimizing off-spec production.

Primary export port: Tianjin. Overland transport from Gansu factory takes 3-4 days. Port charges: RMB 100-120/ton (all-inclusive: customs, documentation, handling).

Standard shipping: 20GP container (max load ~28 tons, pig iron load ~25-27 tons). 40HQ available upon request. Both bulk bag and loose load options.

T/T only: 30% advance + 70% against B/L copy. 100% T/T advance for sample orders. No L/C accepted.
