Foundry Pig Iron (Grey Cast Iron Pig Iron)

Our foundry pig iron is produced per GB/T 718-2005, available in three grades: Z14, Z18, and Z22. The silicon content differentiates the grades, allowing foundries to select the optimal charge material for their specific casting requirements.

Ductile Iron Pig Iron (Nodular Pig Iron)

Produced per GB/T 1412-2005, our ductile iron pig iron features low sulfur and low titanium content, making it the ideal base material for ductile iron casting production. Available in Q10 and Q12 grades.

Grey Iron Castings

Custom grey iron casting parts produced per GB/T 9439-2010. We manufacture to customer drawings and specifications, with grades ranging from HT150 to HT350. Maximum single piece weight up to 1.2 tons (limited by furnace capacity).

High-strength ductile iron castings per GB/T 1348-2009. Offering excellent combination of strength, toughness, and ductility. Available in grades from QT350-22L to QT900-2 for demanding applications.

Common questions from international buyers

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For pig iron: 1 x 20GP container (approx. 25-27 tons). For custom castings: depends on part complexity, typically 500 kg minimum. For pipe fittings: 1 ton minimum per order. Sample orders can be arranged for new customers.
What is your delivery time?
Standard products: 7-15 days after order confirmation. Custom castings: 15-30 days depending on pattern/drawing complexity and order volume. FOB Tianjin is our primary export port, with overland transport from our Gansu factory taking 3-4 days.
Do you provide material test certificates?
Yes. Every shipment includes a material test certificate (MTC) with chemical composition analysis results from our spectrometer. For castings, we can also provide mechanical property test reports upon request.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) only. Standard terms: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against copy of B/L. For sample orders under 2 tons, 100% T/T in advance. We do not accept Letters of Credit (L/C).
Can you produce custom castings per our drawings?
Yes. Our factory can produce custom castings per customer drawings, samples, or specifications. Maximum single piece weight is approximately 1.2 tons (limited by our 1.5-ton induction furnace capacity). Please send your drawings for quotation.
What is the export tariff on pig iron?
Foundry pig iron (HS 7201.10) carries a 20% export tariff from China, with 0% VAT rebate. Ductile iron pig iron has the same tariff structure. However, cast iron products (castings HS 7325.10, pipes HS 7303/7307) have 0% export tariff and 9-13% VAT rebate, making them more cost-competitive for export.
